How does direct booking work?
Send your preferred dates through the secure form. We immediately compare them with our other booking calendars and confirm availability before requesting payment.
Is the pool private?
The unsupervised pool is shared with condominium residents and guests. It is 1–2 metres deep, has no separate children’s pool and outside visitors are not permitted. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00.
How are the bedrooms arranged?
The main bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two separate single beds that can be stacked to create more floor space, but they do not combine into a double bed.
Is the apartment step-free?
There are six steps to the raised ground-floor entrance. A lift is available after those steps.
Can I visit Lisbon without a car?
Yes. Oeiras station is about a ten-minute walk away and the train reaches Lisbon in approximately 15–20 minutes.
Where can I park?
Parking directly outside the apartment is paid on weekdays. Parking is free in some adjacent streets, subject to local signs and space availability.
What are the house rules?
No pets, parties or events. Smoking is not permitted indoors but is allowed on the terraces. Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and never flush wipes. The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Which languages do you speak?
We can welcome and assist guests in English, Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch.
