With its 22 hectares of area, the Parque dos Poetas, more than an urban park, of great landscape quality, is a space where the history of poetry written in Portuguese is counted in a unique way by the arts of sculpture and of the gardens. Conceived with the intention of honouring Portuguese poetry, represented there through the 60 most representative poets and / or works, from the foundation of nationality until the 20th century, including the Portuguese speaking countries and territories, the Parque dos Poetas Park is the only Poetry Park in the World.
